My name is Laura Williams and I am a transfer student coming from Anne Arundel Community College in Arnold, Maryland. As of right now my major is Letters and Sciences. By the next semester it is my hope that I would be enrolled into the Communications major here at the University of Maryland. Society is the primary development of new technology. As each year passes the need for immediate information and communication increases. The millennial generation is known for being impatient and that is in constant need of new and updated technology.
